Payment Options
We accept contributions and payments through:
* Bank Transfer / UPI (Details provided on our Donation page)
* Online Payment Gateway
* Cheque / Demand Draft in favor of Baba Ramdas Educational & Welfare Society
* Cash Payments (at the school office against official receipt only)
For all donations and payments, an official receipt will be issued.
Donation Policy
* All donations made to the Society are treated as voluntary contributions towards our welfare, education, and rehabilitation programs.
* Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Donors are encouraged to verify the amount and purpose before making a payment.
* Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemptions under applicable sections (e.g., 80G) — subject to statutory approvals.
Refund Guidelines
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
* Duplicate Payment – If a donor/parent makes payment more than once by mistake.
* Transaction Failure – If a payment is deducted but not credited to our account.
* Program Cancellation – If a course/training program is canceled by the Society.
Refund requests must be sent in writing to connect@babaramdass.org within 7 days of transaction, with proof of payment (transaction ID, bank details, etc.).
