World Disability Day 2021

On 3rd December, the children with special needs (Deaf & Dumb and intellectual disabled) of ASHA KIRAN SPECIAL SCHOOL, Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh, were celebrated the World Disability Day. We invited numerous special educators to celebrate WORLD DISABLED DAY. In 2021, Deputy Commissioner Shri Shyam Lal Punia (IAS) and SDM Bhupender Singh then we are celebrating World Disabled Day and sh. Naveen Deswal (president of the organisation) flagged the rally. This rally spread the message that village that the society should protect and respect the rights of the disabled. We should Keep positive thinking that these disabled people are also a part of our society. We have to take children with special needs with us and mainstream them in our society. We are doing this through our school Asha Kiran Special School. Children are being made capable and self-reliant so these children contribute to the society.


Teej Festival

On the occasion of Teej festival Asha Kiran Special School run by Baba Ramdas Educational and Welfare Society, Organised Teej Mahotsav. We invited Bahadurgarh ward number 30 municipal councillor Neena Rathi, Social worker Ramesh Rathi chairman municipal council Bahadurgarh and SDM Bhupender Singh. A very beautiful Haryanvi song was presented by intellectually disabled students. Students wore vibrant Haryanvi attire and depicted Haryanvi teej culture via dance. Municipal Councillor Neena Rathi and Satpal Rathi planted sapling in Asha Kiran Special School. Neena Rathi did such good work for the children of the institution. Many thanks to President of the organisation Naveen Deswal for the facilities and great event. Neena Rathi praised students for their outstanding performances. Neena Rathi motivated students to pursue greater heights and achievements. Organization President Naveen Deswal welcomed all the guests. In his speech he told the importance of Teej to everyone. In his speech he wished everyone a happy teez and thanked everyone.


Independence Day

Today, on 15th August 2022, Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Asha Kiran Special School, run by Baba Ramdas Educational Welfare Society. On this occasion, an excellent presentation was given by deaf-mute and mentally retarded children. Zila Parshad Sanjay Dalal were invited as the chief guests of this program. He started the program by lighting the lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati and then Naveen Kumar Bunty and Harish Dalal hoisted the tricolor flag and simultaneously the national anthem was sung by intellectually disabled and performed in sign language by deaf and mute children. He praised the talent and discipline of the children of Asha Kiran Special School. President of the organization Naveen Deswal also addressed the children and explained the importance of Independence Day to them and informed Them about the new facilities of the school like speech therapy, occupational therapy, or motor therapy etc. Sanjay Dalal Zila Parshad Donated Water cooler on the occasion of Independence Day.


Janmashtami Festival 2022-24

Janmashtami festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Asha Kiran Special School, run by Baba Ramdas Educational Welfare Society. On this occasion, an excellent presentation was given by deaf-mute and mentally retarded children. In this program, the disabled children of the school performed cultural programs and celebrated Krishna Janmashtami by breaking Dahi Handi. The talent and discipline of the children of Kiran Special School was visible. President of the organization Naveen Deswal also addressed the children and wished them a happy Janmashtami. Explained the importance of mainstreaming them into the society and new facilities of the school like speech therapy, occupational therapy, motor therapy etc.


Hindi Divas

Hindi Diwas is celebrated every year on 14 September with the aim of increasing the use of Hindi. Hindi Fortnight is also organized during this period. Under which Hindi Kavi Sammelan and other programs are organized. A similar event was organized today at Asha Kiran Special School and Baba Ramdas Institute of Special Education by the students of deaf and dumb disabled. On the occasion of Hindi Diwas in the school, an essay writing competition and a speech competition was organized by the teachers. In which children participated enthusiastically and everyone presented their views through writing. Heena Dalal scored first position and Muskaan scored second position. Organization President Naveen Deshwal wished World Hindi Day and said, “Without the mother tongue, all the knowledge of the world is useless, Hindi is the language of Mother India, respect it.” Explained the importance of Hindi for children.


Mehndi Competition

Mehndi Competition in Asha Kiran Special School was organized. In this, all the students applied mehndi on teachers and student’s hands. The teachers gave gifts to the students after applying mehndi and School student Ritika stood first, Lakshmi second and Deepika stood third. Organization President Naveen Deswal said that according to Hindu customs, every Festivals have their own special significance and celebrating them is a part of our society. It is a matter of pride.


Vocational Training Program

Asha Kiran Special School organised by Baba Ramdas Educational and Welfare Society organises skill development activities for disabled children. Vocational training like candle making, Jute making, colouring lamps, broom making etc. are taught so that children can showcase their skills in the future and join the mainstream of society. This year, on the occasion of Diwali festival, deaf and mentally retarded children made colourful candles, painted lamps, electric strings and other decorative items like door hangings and enhanced their talent. Those children whose skills will develop through this vocational training can prove their capability by starting their own employment in the future. Continuous efforts are being made by the President of the Organisation Naveen Deswal to show new path to the talent of children in education and skill development.


World Disability Day 2022 & 2023

World Disability Day was celebrated on 3 December 2023 at Asha Kiran Special School run by Baba Ramdas Educational Welfare Society. A team of social workers consisting Satbir Singh Dahiya, Kamla, Sushila, Kela Devi, Sudhir, Sandeep, Harit, Manoj, Rajesh, Mahavir Singh were present as special guests in the program. They encouraged children with special needs to hone their skills and motivated them for their future. Intellectually disabled and hearing impaired children showcased their talents. Intellectually disabled children performed a skit stating “disability is not a curse”. Many cultural performances were performed by the disabled children. MOTTO of the event was “We are able not disable”. President of the Organisation Naveen Deswal made all the parents and guests present on the occasion of International Disabled Day aware of the disabled and explained their importance and informed them about the achievements of the school. Mahavir Singh, Sudhir, Sandeep, Harit, Manoj gave Rs 3100 to the disabled children for their wonderful presentation. The money was given as prize. To students who got first and second position.


Republic Day 2024

On, 26th January 2024, Asha Kiran Special School students went to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Stadium. A District level event was organised by Govt. officials. Our school was one of the school among the other many schools. Vijaya School, S.R.Century, Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School(Bahadurgarh), Govt. Boys Senior Secondary(Nuna Majra) etc. and many other schools participated in the event. Asha Kiran Special School was the only special school among other schools. Numerous students performed different cultural activities from different school and so did our school. Our school got first position on Great Performance. Esteemed Sh. Arvind Sharma (MP Rohtak) and SDM Mr. Paramjeet Cahal Bahadurgarh awarded the trophy to the students of Asha Kiran Special School. Our school students particiapte in every year in Republic Day and Independence Day Celebration at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Stadium, Bahadurgarh.


Educational Awareness Program

On 22/02/23, Asha Kiran Special School, run by Baba Ramdas Educational and Welfare Society, is providing special education and training to the children of undergraduate and postgraduate students at Vaishya Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Line Par Bahadurgarh and Vaishya kanya sr. sec. school Bahadurgarh students were made aware about disability. President of the Organisation Naveen Deswal told the children that disabled children are kept away from our society whereas they need to be connected to the mainstream of the society and all of you can help in connecting these children with the mainstream of the society by educating them. but will also get an opportunity to do social service by educating these disabled children. In the end, Dr. Rajwanti Sharma ji, Principal of Vaishya Kanya Mahavidyalaya, introduced Naveen Deswal and special educator Divya Dalal.


Awareness Program 2023

Every year, a disability awareness program was organized by Asha Kiran Special School in Lowa Khurd and Nuna Majra, Dulhera, bupania, Mandothi, desalpur, silothi, daboda kalan, mehndipur daboda villages in which parents were told that disabled children get a lot of facilities from the government. These children get free bus facility, free education and pension also. In which teachers went to Chaupal, Government Senior School and door to door and told people about disability. In this awareness campaign, people's lives can be brightened with the light of education by early identification of disabilities through teachers and by sending children to schools for education. School teachers and volunteers who are involved in this awareness program. Be the facilitator.


Autism Awareness Day 2023

Autism Day was celebrated by Asha Kiran Special School. It is a developmental disorder which is caused due to brain chemical imbalance, genetics and hyperactivity of brain activities. This World Autism Day is a world awareness day. On this occasion, a program was organized by the children of Asha Kiran Special School. In which children gave speech and created models to create awareness. Purpose of this day was to raise awareness about autism. It educates people about autism. On Autism Day, organization President Mr. Naveen Deswal and Satpal Sir gave information about autism.


World Down syndrome day 2023

World Down Syndrome Day was celebrated on 21st March 2024 at Baba Ramdas Institute of Special Education, Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh. On this occasion, the institution's president Mr. Naveen Deswal and all the staff members expressed their views and made the children aware about Down syndrome.


Mother’s Day Program

Mother's Day was celebrated today on 12/5/2024 by Asha Kiran Special School. Children were told that we cannot live without our mother's love and care. Mother is a being close to god. Mother never leaves her children alone. Students were told that only mothers love is unbiased and mothers sacrifices a lot for their children. A mother is completely loyal to her children. The world is dedicated to the word mother. Along with education, they teach them the art of living life. After this, the President of the organization Naveen Deswal told the children about the love of their mother.


Swachhata Pakhwada on Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti

On 6 july 2023, the students of Baba Ramdas Institute of Special Education College went to Lowa Khurd village and cleaned the chaupals and streets and made the people of the village aware about cleanliness and about keeping the entire country clean and neat. In this awareness campaign, the organization secretary Sushila also inspired the college students and the people of the society for the campaign run by the government “Swachhata Hi Seva” and cleanliness is the service. It enhances the beauty of our country and helps people get relief from diseases. In this, the students and staff of Baba Ramdas Institute of Special Education unitedly contributed in the cleanliness campaign run by the Government of India.


Building Inauguration Ceremony

On 8th November 2023, the building inauguration ceremony was organized at Asha Kiran Special School (Nuna Majra) Bahadurgarh under Baba Ramdas Welfare Society. In which cultural programs were presented by deaf-mute, intellectually (disabled) children. A marriage drama depicting Indian culture was presented by students. In which he gave the message of not taking dowry. The function was started by lighting the lamp by Pankaj Jain and Shekhar Yadav, Satpal Singh Chandrabhan Charitable Trust President were present. This function was inaugurated collectively by Shri Azad Singh, Sushila Devi, Kela Devi and all the members of the organization. Yudhveer Bhardwaj, Ramesh Rathi (Chairman) Bahadurgarh, Sanjay Dalal (JJP), District President (Nuna Majra) Sarpanch Jai Bhagwan Master, Vinod Sarpanch (Lowa), Ravinder Dahiya (social worker) were present in the function. All the guests were welcomed by offering garlands and tying turbans. President of the Organisation Naveen Deshwal ji made people aware about his organization. This institution has recognition up to class 10th. There was 100% result for disabled children in 2022-2023. Provision for vocational training will also be made in future. In this way, organization president Naveen Deswal told about the progress of his organization and with this he concluded the function.


CRE Educational Programme

Baba Ramdas educational welfare society, Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh. Three day continuous educational program was organized on 27th November, 23 in which the organization president Naveen Deswal inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Which is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India. Special educators from different states of india as well as in Haryana participated in the CRE Programme. On this occasion, the legal rights of the disabled in the society were discussed. In this various rehabilitation experts shared their views. As we the people of the society Protecting the rights of the disabled by making them aware of their legal rights. This made the disabled people capable and self-reliant in the society. On this occasion, the President of the organization Mr. Naveen Deswal expressed his views and advocated equal rights. With this the program concluded on good terms.


Painting Competition

Tata value heaven pvt. ltd. Bahadurgarh organized painting competition in our Asha Kiran special school with school students and won secondary class student naman joon , primary class student kartik.


Sports Meet

A two-day annual sports competition was organized at Baba Ramdas Educational welfare society ,Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh from 3 to 4 April 2024, in which Majra village sarpanch Jai Bhagwan and organization president Naveen Deswal were the chief guests. Started this sports competition auspiciously by lighting the lamp. In which disabled persons from Nakshatra and Asha Kiran Special School and college students participated in sports competition in which 100, 200, 400 meter race, Kho-Kho, Shot Put, Discus Throw. Games like long jump, cricket etc. were included. Children were rewarded by Nuna Majra village sarpanch Jai Bhagwan, Lowa village sarpanch Vinod June and organization president Naveen Deswal as guests.

STATE LEVEL GAMES COMPETITION 13-14 sept 2024 at Tau Devi Lal sports complex, Panchkula Haryana, 2days games organized by Haryana sports council of the deaf, our 9 students win the medals Under 14 and 18 age in 100m, 200m, 100x4 relay race and long jump competition.


Health Check-Up Camp

Health camp was organized at Asha Kiran Special School, Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh. Dr. Arvind Bharat Bansal (City judicial Magistrate) Government hospital medical team conducted health checkup of differentiable children, in which blood tests, Eyes, teeth fever, sugar, HIV etc. were done and medicines were given to them as per requirement and Institution President Naveen Deswal expressed his gratitude to the medical team.


Teachers' Day

5th Sept 2024, on the occasion of Teachers' Day, Baba Ramdas Institute of Special Education and Shri Omveer Singh Institute of Rehabilitation organized a Teachers' Honor Ceremony on 5th September 2024, in which Dr. Rajwanti Sharma (Principal) as the chief guest; Vaishya Girls College Bahadurgarh, Dr. Sunita Chhillar (Assistant Professor) Government College Bahadurgarh, Dr. Shiom Rathi, Principal Sanatan Dharma Senior Secondary School, Bahadurgarh, Mrs. Anju Agarwal Principal Vaishya Arya Kanya Senior Secondary School Bahadurgarh, Sarpanch, Shri Jai Bhagwan Ji of Nuna Majra village and institution president Naveen Deswal inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, the children of school made many different presentations. Institution president Naveen Deswal and all the staff honored the chief guests on Teachers' Day. And the organization president Naveen Deswal shared his valuable thoughts on Teachers' Day.


Plantation Drive

Asha Kiran Special School, Nuna Majra, Bahadurgarh organized a plantation drive program on 31-08-2024. We planted 250 trees in our institute and its surrounding area, which included various types of trees like Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Banyan, Jamun, Mango, Guava etc. Whose theme was “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”. The President of the institution Naveen Deswal explained the importance of trees in our life. He told that we need to plant trees to keep the environment clean and plants are also used to make various medicines. He also told how we can save our lives with plants. All the staff of our institute and our Children with Special need students participated in the plantation drive. This is a good contribution towards the environment in the society. Our school has set a target to increase plantation by 20% every year in the institute and its surrounding area.
